I called Officeworks to request return of an office chair that despite having an 8 year warranty failed after only two. On the phone i was told I would receive an email confirming return and was asked if i wanted to purchase a new one using the refund of the faulty item. I placed the order for the new chair, however never received return confirmation email. I called Officeworks four more times with a different reason for not processing the return. I still have never received an email confirming the return.
