I have purchased 2 fit bits. A Fitbit 3 lasted 10 months and completely lost the screen and everything that goes with this watch. So last year I bought the Fitbit 5. It has lasted 1 year and now it will not charge and no customer service whatsoever in South Africa. It’s been a very disappointing experience and to be honest no one should ever buy this product. Absolutely disgusted. No service or back up. Pathetic
