I’ve had 2 bad experiences lately with puma. The first was a cancelled order without any notification. Took 3 weeks to have my money returned after questioning a week later on where my order was.
Second was a refund on a return. Took a month after constant calls & emails to get my funds back after puma had confirmed that they would return it to me. Would not use again .
