Order six pairs of shoes, which was easy and smooth enough. I ended up returnng all six and almost a month later and I'm still waiting for a full refund. First pair was quite quick, then had to chase a number of times which resulted in me getting a refund for another four pairs...still waiting on a refund for the sixth pair and now have to submit a form and chase again.
