Would not recommend to anyone. Made an appointment and the plumber doesn't show up, so I wait for over two hours before calling them to inquire about it, just in case they were busy with another job. The woman who picks up the phone tells me she'll call me back about it (no explanation or apology), and an hour later the plumber calls me telling me he's 90% sure he can't do the job due to the product being from China (even though I double checked with then when I first called them and they told me it was possible over the phone as long as the parts were compatible); the plumber the asks for me to send photos of the product so he can inquire about whether he is able to install it, saying he'd get back to me later that day (it has been two days and they haven't contacted me). At this point I don't expect them to contact back but for anyone who's looking into their services, I 100% do not recommend them as they are very disorganised and unreliable.
