Ordered tickets from Tele charge for Broadway week about 2 weeks before the show. Got an email hours before the show saying they had cancelled our order without explanation. Spoke with customer service who was very rude and entirely unhelpful. They claimed our order had been flagged as fraud (despite sending us numerous confirmation emails and the credit card company clearing the charge). Customer Service said they could not help us and refused to allow us to rebuy our tickets. Their only solution was that we go to the ticket window and buy new tickets there - which were conveniently double the price. Will not use them again.
