The expectation of performance and hours input does not match the level of compensation for many of the positions within the organization. Management has received most of the gains in income from recent times with little to no increase in benefit for non-managers.
There was little to no opportunity for promotion/advancement before the bankruptcy and now post-emergence the staff is approximately half or less of what it was before. Positions are fixed and you are extremely unlikely to ever have the chance to be promoted.
Advice to Management
For salary positions within the organization you seem desperate to retain your employees, so it's probably best to at least pay market rates for their roles if not a little better than market. When people are paid less than they're worth it means they are looking to leave
