Dreadful service-avoid at all costs

Dreadful service. Less than 2 years old heat pump dryer not working. Extremely difficult to get through to a person in Customer service- and their advice is for a washing machine even though we give them product code! Also advice was to only use it once a day! We have sent videos of issues and no one calls back even after we chase up. Will not be buying samsung products in the future
