Stressful online return policy.

I wanted to return an online faulty item . A 30 minute wait on the phone finally got the return authorised . 24 hours days later had no communication so rang again (35 minute wait) . Was told it was processing . 2 days later still no update . Rang again (55 minutes wait ) was told they had no knowledge of return request . Chap said he will get it authorised but still waiting to hear back . And they wonder why people use Amazon .
