Watch out, they charge more on your credit card and damage your stuff

They quoted £600 to ship a piece of furniture to the USA and ended up charging us £1200, the furniture arrived damaged and the customer was very disappointed. Now not only do we need to refund the damage repair, but also pay for the extra £600 of the shipping, it doesn't seem like they customer service is working AT ALL. Avoid this company at all costs!
