High end company Low end courier (DPD)

High end company, brand is hit hard by using a low end unreliable courier company DPD. Whoever chose DPD to represent Chanel needs to reconsider, next day delivery last Thursday, now redirected to a pick up point to help them but still put back agan until tomorrow Tuesday and then probably again. Chanel not in tune with providing a customer focused service
