I would not rent from this company

I would not rent from this company. Hurricane Ian damaged my roof, my lanai screens, my gutters, and my fence in September. Only my lanai screens have been fixed. I’m renting a fenced in back yard because I have a dog. They keep rescheduling my fence. Now they’re saying it won’t be fixed until February. Great, my lease is up in April. So I’m paying for a fenced in yard for six months that I can’t use!!!! They still haven’t fixed the fan in my bathroom that wasn’t working when I moved in five years ago.

There is so much rust in my water that it’s undrinkable. They’ve been out twice and it’s still not fixed.

Look elsewhere if you want to rent.
