I have never received a parcel on time if at all. I am always forced to pick up the package from the post office. Currently my delivery time keeps being "updated" to later and later times, due to it being "updated" and not delayed, I can't enquire about it, despite my package circling Melbourne for the 3rd time. This isn't express. This company's service is utter garbage. I beg of you, use someone else.
