Flight was "postponed" for a day

Flight was "postponed" for a day. Leaving me stuck in Bali from a transit flight. Then the next flight was delayed by 3 hours. As if a full 24hrs wasn't enough to get things sorted. No communication from jet star staff in bali. Jetstar/Qantas shocking customer service.
