A few minutes after that another email informing me my account had been permanently suspended.
What
happened next were a series of phone calls to find out why. I spoke to 4 different reps. None of them could resolve the issue, they kept dropping my calls. After the 4th rep. I received an email confirming my order had been shipped again. I then contacted ebay customer service. The person I spoke to was adamant there was nothing that could be done to reinstate my account, "as per policy." I was at that point stonewalled and no explanation or reason provided. She hung up on me. They have all my updated information and I don't know what will happen with that.
However they did proceed with the transaction payment. I now don't know if I will get the parts because I cannot use my account to track the shipment.
