I originally deleted my account as I wanted a break, then a few weeks later tried to sign back up but was told I was banned?
Emailed customer support who were no help whatsoever, told me I needed to 'verify my account' (I haven't got an account) and then that I had successfully deleted my account (I know!?) then said they could offer no further support. I still have no explanation as to why I was banned.
From reading other reviews this seems to be a very common problem!
