Terrible Customer Support

Customer support is absolutely shocking. Switched apartments and kept them as my provider - lost power for two days. Had a series of phone calls and every time it was as if everything discussed previously was lost. Had to manage them myself and call several times to confirm and re-confirm. Each time they'd again seemingly had no idea of the previous call.
