Trying to get in touch with Westpac to discuss something has been impossible!!! I was calling from London and even thought the recorded message said I had a 15 minute wait, I waited 48 minutes and still no one bothered to answer my call. This is terrible customer service and not what I expected from Westpac. Time for a change.
