Worst bank ever.

I would highly recommend using a different bank. I've never had more problems than I do with Westpac branches are closed, atm machines removed and their help centre are completely useless. I need urgent medication but can't withdraw my money as they have stuffed up somewhere and keep telling me pin is wrong when I've had the same digits for 20 years.
