No exaggeration - the worst shipping and customer service! Do not order from them! To start their PayPal payment option did not process correctly & is not working. The online chat does not work and then 10 days later they still have not shipped a €1300 bag. They state they have - but DHL states they have not. The customer service do not understand or care about your concerns and take 24 hours at least to respond. Absolute joke of a company - ordered from other companies all over Europe and nothing is nearly as bad.
