The worst drive thru ever

Lack of staff and training is obvious. Sat in the drive thru for 13mins waiting for fries. 1 server for both the counter and drive thru. 1 person working back of house at lunchtime. Not good enough. The second time I have been to this store, both times have been frustrating and disappointing.
