Poor returns policy

I ordered some jeans and opted for the light packaging option. The jeans arrived and they have a strong odour on the material. I left the jeans hanging for over a week and still hasn't faded. So I opted to return as not happy. The returns label is sent as a Web link which is useless as I can't print. I asked for a QR label and was told not possible and to go to a library to print!! It's 2023!! I tried getting someone else to print for me but the Web link just opens as a blank page.

Assume the sales tactic is to make returns as difficult as possible to protect you P&L
