I purchased a bracelet which turned out to be too big for the wrist. When I asked Tiffany to shorten it, they said it would take the whooping 15 business days and cost me $75, which is ridiculous given the amount they charged for the bracelet to begin with. I am really disappointed, up to a point of never shopping with them again.
