I don't understand why the rating is so high, I had issues since studio M, they forgot to save electrical plans and then called me a week later and asked me if i remember where I wanted extra points and lights located , then with the built issues all the time even when I told them they did mistake and it's not according to the contract they ignored me then they had to fix it, did changes and installed incorrect items not as per contract, now after handover still missing things, I wish I took my gut feeling and never started with them.
They knew how to ignore me and take my money and that's about it.
And as per some reviews I had my first call from their supplier and for me to fix Metricon's problem, and to top it up I NEVER authorised Metricon to give out my details to the their trade and suppliers, its second time they have breeched customer privacy act.
