Web and phone access is the worst!!!!

Web access is terrible and by phone it is a nightmare, the line gets cut constantly and then need to redial and wait because they are too busy, you need hours to get something done, even 6 times in a row!! and then they charge a fee even if the web page is not not working.
Awful! the worst experiences! Too bad I need to travel with Iberia, otherwise, if I had a choice I would never travel with them again
