When a Kogan product breaks down it takes a minimum of 3 months for a service Technician to attend. Why ? Because Kogan are very very slow when it comes to paying contractors their wages. If it takes more than 3 months for Kogan to pay a contractors invoice, why would that contractor bother rushing to get a customers job done in 3 days.
