Horrible Service for delivery

Bought an upright freezer and paid for extra delivery on Saturday. Got a text an email daily reminding me of the delivery, then got a time frame. After time frame came and went called and they said the item didn't come in and will have to be rescheduled. Would of been nice to get notified of this and not have to call to find out after blocking out our Saturday. No wonder why the place is bankrupt.
