Beyond useless and lackadaisical attitude

Booked for a pick up of item between 9-5 pm. Unable to give any estimates as to arrival time. No heads up or 10minutes warning prior to arrival and refused to wait for me when I was just 5 minutes away. Refused to return to pick up later that afternoon despite making 3 phone calls to them and advising that a driver was assigned and made me wait for 8 hours for nothing. Would never use this useless company. Avoid at all cost.
