this is not my first purchase, I am a regular customer! On January 23, I bought a styler on the dyson website for myself, the money was immediately debited, the next day, as always, an invoice was issued and a track code for tracking the package. I haven't received my order for a week! then I started writing to the support service where they answered me once a day or less! Now I still have no order and no money. I can't hear why I didn't receive my order.
