Months of terrible/no customer service. I updated my details a month before the deadline, but the platform kept saying my NI number was invalid. Deadline came and T212 demoted my account to close positions only. I emailed day after day asking for clarity, extensions, timeframes, explanations and got insufficient answers - many seemed to be automated and inhumane. It has been 3 months since my account was demoted, and still no updates, no progress, no change in the account, I am still told to wait as customer service needs "technical time". I joined T212 around 2 years ago and have been an active user since. In all that time I have enjoyed T212 for its ease of use and variety of features. This is a very silly and lazy way to treat a user. I am actively looking to transfer my ISA to another broker, and would warn anyone to stay away from T212 and their shocking customer service.
