Awful product - don’t ruin your nails! First of all I used to love it at the beginning but after consecutive uses and removals (a lot more difficult than they make it seem), my nails are now in terrible shape - they have even lifted off the nail beds! On top of that, my parcel got lost once and customer service was so unhelpful they’re practically non-existent - they didn’t actually re-send my parcel until I lodged a dispute with PayPal, so basically a company that only cares about your money and even deletes your comments on Facebook when you post anything negative (in my case it was about the whereabouts of my lost parcel).
