Terribly incompetent, very nice, but don't do what they promise. We placed an order on the phone, we were sent a confirmation email with a link to pay, but the order doesn't exit. Tried many different ways but no luck, and not in our order history, can't track it all even though we have a purchase order number. Hours on the phone.
