The ladder is like a children toy, so lucky that I didn't break my back, even my head? I emailed the shop and never heard from them at all, and the second email last night and still they are so busy with their dishonesty I think? And don't have any idea how to stand behind their product, I purchased this online and was delivered in melbourne, I lost our email contact? Need to find it
