I purchased an item for Xmas which was supposed to be delivered mid December. It’s not 7th of jan and still no item has arrived. The customer service line just keeps me on hold for hours and the online enquires takes weeks to reply. BCF say it’s shipping an contact australia post but australia post say it’s BCF and I need to contact them. Since I’m a customer of BCF I’d like them to sort the matter but they seem to useless to know what’s going on.
