The worst customer service ever. They read from a script and don’t read what you have written on a chat, it’s like they are robots. Same script and promises never kept. If you want a refund apparently they cannot do it, it has to go to another dept. No complaints procedure, don’t buy fitbit products unless you like stress. All they are after is great reviews nothing else. Terrible company, please steer away
