Bought two fitbits but after spending a long time communicating with customer services find I wasted my money.
Unless you have a fairly recent mobile you will find you cant downlaod the app required to set up your Fitbit.
Customer support suggestion find a friend with compatible phone download the app and set phone up but then you can only see some info on the Fitbit web site.
Moral is if you don't have an up to date mobile find an alternative to Fitbit
