I used to love it here. It's so sad what's happened with them, a lot changed within the last few months. I bought a new battery "on sale" and it didn't work or take a charge. Couldn't help me even though I was there 3 days prior and they had me on camera buying the thing, sad. There's "policy" and then there's the "people" and today they showed which is more important. Go elsewhere if you wanted to be treated as a human. Hope $12 was worth losing a loyal, long time customer.
