Since you can't speak to any person at a store it went down hill many times of trying via a virtual voice proved pointless then they put you onto a REAL CARE AGENT.
All pretence ..paid for a service ..promised good service on delivery never eventuated provided all possible communication numbers ..nothing.. never ever use dan murphy's on line NEVER a once a reliable company. Stay away go to the store instead a get face on face service
