JB Hi-Fi

Ordered a phone and the only delivery option was Toll. Do not use JB Hi Fi if this is your only delivery option. I've been in contact with JB Hi Fis customer support for 6 days now and they cannot tell me where the order is let alone a delivery date. We need the phone, but JB Hi Fi won't talk about a refund to use another retailer or send a second one until the company they have had no reply from in a week lists it as lost.
