Long time flyer

I'm a long time Alaska flyer and it just seems like they have really gone down hill. I took my mom on a trip for our birthday and they messed up my reservation so my rewards status didn't carry over because I have 2 people on the reservation so they made us pay for checked bags. Then flying to LAX flight got diverted to Ontario. Then they made us wait in the rain for a bus to LAX. Not once did any Alaska staff apologize or even try to make up for the 4 hr delay to my destination. Very disappointing.
