What happened?

What happened to Alaska??? I got stranded at the airport twice this year because of last moment cancellation. I had to find a hotel at midnight in Los Angeles. It took an hour to find an hotel, I had to pay $50 for Uber and $200 for hotel stay, and it's been 6 months and I still did not get a reimbursement!!! I called and emailed multiple times. Alaska used to be a good company. What a shame!
