Absolutely inept

Absolutely inept. How they even attract and maintain a customer base is astonishing.
It took them 18 days to process an entry level credit card application and when i contacted them, they advised that they still require further info.
No phone calls or emails, just a call centre in India with someone that can barely speak English.
Give them a wide berth people, there's far better banking and lending options available!!
