Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service! Rushing, pushing to end the conversation when I really need help the most, blaming her colleague as I returned the call in 3 business days as suggested to ask for update and now asking me to wait for another 7 days and nothing they can do, even though I said I wanted to close my 2 accounts with Citibank. Unbelievable!!! I think they all work from home and have other things to do at home which might be the reason they becoming like that. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
