corporate credit card

I handle the corporate credit card accounts for a small Florida business and we have used Mastercard and Visa cards with various banks throughout the years, so I have experience dealing with customer service from a variety of different banks and issuers. I've never had the displeasure of working with a more unhelpful bank during this 30 year time frame than the Chase Ink credit card. It brings the definition of poor customer service to a whole new depth of terrible.
