Worst bank

US bank is the worst bank I ever work with. I am business owner and I have car loan with this bank. I never had worst experience with any other bank! I set up auto pay last year and I call few times to make sure I am OK! Now every month I am getting letters I am past due ... I have call multiple times asking to speak with managers who can listen recordings of my phone calls. They promise to me few times managers will call but I didn’t receive any phone calls! I ask them please don’t sent me this letters this is insulting me and wasting my time! I have great credit score and i am not late for any patents but this bank is harassing me with letters ...
