Bad experience

Our experience so far is very bad. It's been a month and no-one came to check our meter and also no one called us back in regards to our bill enquiry. I am very disappointed with origin. Have been a customer for years, as the customer service was always excellent but in the last year, the standard of service has noticeably dropped. I am not impressed and actually starting to think about switching providers.
