Overcharged me

This company over charged me $900/per quarter for a small apartment. This company refused to refund and only gave out credit. But they over charged again the following quarter. Distribution department doesn't want to help you and the most they'll tell you is "they'll investigate". The staff here won't help you if they mess up and will only shut you up with a generic answer.
