Dreadful.. outrageous bill in the hundreds, my big is normally in the $20s...they will not listen to reason.. would move companies but am tied to them for my hot water because I live in a small block of units and we have bulk hot water storage. Had the meter read again and they still say it is correct...unbelievable.
