Avoid at all costs!! I moved into a new place three months ago and was charged $400 for hot water usage as they had not actually read the meter for over 1.5 years and were thus significantly underestimating the previous tenant's hot water usage by over 20,000 litres. Customer service is useless. If possible, chose a different provider.
