Poor customer service

Very poor customer service with extremely high charges compared to competition. Highly disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years! Phone service is pathetic as you have to wait up to an hour and sometimes longer to speak with customer service.
After moving into my new property this year they changed my billing plan without notice (no more pay on time discounts) and the pricing/bill charges seemed to have sky rocketed
I have changed providers for both gas and electricity. I highly recommend seeking other providers!!
